Among the many highly anticipated Air Jordans rumored to drop in 2019 is an all-new maize Air Jordan 5 inspired by the University of Michigan.

The Wolverines' Air Jordan 5 has not yet surfaced but we have a good idea of what to expect based on the color code and photoshop rendering shown in the IG post embedded below.

It was previously reported that the Michigan 5s would sport a predominately navy upper accompanied by hits of maize throughout, but it now appears as though the colors will be swapped. We won't know for sure until official images are unveiled, but rumors suggest the iconic block "M" will be stamped on the bulky AJ5 tongue in place of the Jumpman logo.

Typically these types of Air Jordans are exclusive to student-athletes at Michigan, but Jordan Brand has recently shown a willingness to release some exclusives, such as the "Michigan" Air Jordan 12s that dropped earlier this year.
