The latest visuals from the ASAP Mob understudy.
A$AP Twelvy has his walk in the park interrupted by a couple of nosy anthropologists. They interrupt the normal flow of the day by calling on him to provide mild entertainment. Twelvyy indulges the two women by giving him a sample of his pop lock moves. The whole sequence rings true of a typical New York moment, where unsuspecting parties converge and find some way to relate. Twelvyy then cuts them short before the interaction becomes annoying, and the video begins.
"Periodic Table" shows us what "elements" Twelvyy embodies within the ASAP Mob. Twelvyy blesses us with his hard hitting presence, a slight juxtaposition to his flashier teammates. He fashions himself as what you may come away with after a day of dapping up the NY proletariat streets. The video presents him as an approachable guy with an earnest street sensibility. His dress, his manner of dealing with strangers, the casual manner he speaks about his firearm without brandishing it, these are factors which relate to an education you only get in the streets, the periodic table of elements notwithstanding.
