Boosie channels his inner James Todd Smith in his latest.
Boosie Badazz continues to tease his forthcoming BooPac album. The latest arrives in the form of the visual for his "I'm Bad."
Outfitted in a few gold chains and a familiar Kangol hat, the southern mainstay pays homage to LL Cool J, whose original "I'm Bad" debuted back in 1987 as the first single from the Queens-bred emcee's sophomore album Bigger and Deffer. The track would mark LL Cool J's official debut on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, while Bigger and Deffer went on to certify three-times platinum in the United States.
"No rapper's spittin' lyrics like I can / I take a pussy ass nigga and put his face in the sand / All the sexy ladies love, man, I'm fresh as can be / Bad boy reputation, I keep haters with me," Boosie opens up on the cut in a flow that mirrors his most memorable form.
BooPac is set to arrive on December 15th, and while "I'm Bad" doesn't appear on the tracklisitng, the project arrives outfitted with 24 cuts in total, and features appearances from the likes of Yung Bleu, B. Will, Lee Banks, and Hustle Gang's London Jae who assists on the previously-released "God Wants Me to Ball."
