Dennis Quaid is every homeowner's nightmare in "The Intruder."
Actors Meagan Good (Think Like A Man, Eve's Bayou) and Michael Ealy (Barbershop, Takers) are gearing up for the much-anticipated release of their new thriller movie The Intruder. The previously released trailers foretold the tale of a married couple, portrayed by both Ealy and Good, who experience a set of serious issues following the purchase of a new home.

Although the house's previous owner, played by Dennis Quaid (The Parent Trap, The Day After Tomorrow), gave them the green light on purchasing and owning his former house--the strange man refuses to actually leave. While its predecessors teased potential suspense, this new and final trailer is sure to send chills down your spine. Furthermore, the chilling thriller encourages potential homeowners to think twice about purchasing any house.
Dennis Quaid's performance as a creepy psychopath is disturbing to many considering his previous roles as a trust-worthy love interest or amicable father. However, the new trailer teases the actor's new facade, one certain to forever change your perspective of him. His once friendly and trusting grin now looks like the image of evil and malice.
The movie is set to hit theatres in a few days, precisely on May 3rd.
