Eminem will be the very first rapper to headline London's Wembley Stadium.
Eminem holds a few titles as a rapper, one of which being the best-selling hip hop artist of all time (not to mention the second-best selling male artist of all time, only bested by... Garth Brooks?).
The Detroit emcee is about to conquer yet another feat, as he will be headlining Wembley Stadium on July 11th, making him the very first rap artist to do so.
Em made the big reveal via an interview with BBC's Zane Lowe. âI heard that I wasnât going to be approved to play in Hyde Park and it made me even more excited to play in London this summer,â he said, revealing that he'd insytead be taking on the much bigger venue. âThe easiest way to get me to do something is to tell me I canât do it. Thanks to the Royal Parks for making it all possible.â
The MMLPII rapper then gave a brief update on his current projects, which happen to be the new albums from his Shady records artists."I'm actually working on the Slaughterhouse album right now, and the Yelawolf album, trying to rap those things up," he shared.
