Season two of the Big3 League is set to tip off roughly two weeks from now on June 22nd, at the Toyota Center in Houston. The 3-on-3 basketball league held their annual draft in April and rosters have expanded from five players to six, in an effort to welcome the 19 new players that have joined the existing rosters.

The league still consists of eight teams competing over the course of eight weeks throughout the summer, culminating with the championship game on August 24th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

In promotion of the second season of the Big3 League, Ice Cube has reprised his role as Craig from the classic film "Friday," alongside some original cast members Mike Epps aka Day-Day and John Witherspoon, better known as Mr. Jones.

In April, Adidas and the Big3 League officially announced a multi-year partnership that will see Big3 teams outfitted in Adidas gear for the next three seasons. Adidas also became the league's official outfitter, manufacturing jerseys for players along with additional apparel including hoodies and T-shirts for fans.

The league has several former NBA stars lined up for the new season, including Amar'e Stoudemire, Nate Robinson, Baron Davis, Metta World Peace, Drew Gooden and Carlos Boozer. Stoudemire and Nate Robinson will be playing for Tri-State, World Peace will be teaming up with his former teammate, Stephen Jackson, as a member of Killer 3s, Boozer will co-captain the Ghost Ballers, and Gooden has signed on as a co-captain of 3's company.

In the Big3's inaugural season, Team Trilogy, led by Al Harrington, Rashad McCants and Kenyon Martin, went undefeated and won the championship.
