“So much music in the vault just trying to figure out what to put out first,” Joey says.
With exception to some features, Joey Bada$$ has been relatively quiet on the music front this year, having concentrated on fatherhood & growing his Pro Era streetwear brand recently, but it looks like that’s all about to change soon. In fact, Joey says he’s got so much music in the vault that he’s just trying figure out what to put out first.
The Brooklyn rapper revealed this news on a recent IG story this weekend, saying he's got TWO projects in the works. “So much music in the vault just trying to figure out what to put out first. 2 projects in the works very different from each other,” he wrote across the screen.
Unfortunately, he didn't provide any other information about the projects, like what they’ll be called or when they might be dropping, but it’s gotta be nearing if he’s making the announcement already.
The last project fans got from Joey Badass was back in April of 2017 when he dropped off All Amerikkkan Bada$$. In the meantime, he’s dropped off some joint tracks like "Pretty Boys" with Kasai and "Still New York" with Max.
