Dexter Navy is set to direct the "Kids See Ghost" short film.
Over the course of the day, Kanye West has been incredibly busy as he shares information with his fans about his love of Donald Trump, upcoming collaborations and now, news about one of his albums. As Kanye sometimes has a way of nonchalantly announcing things, news of a Kids See Ghost short film was revealed by Ye in the midst of his tweet spree. When you come to think of it, with iconic music videos for "Runaway," "Famous," "Power" and "All of the Lights," a short film is to be expected from Ye as his creative energy runs wild in his visual work.
Within his reveal of the film, Ye also noted that Dexter Navy would be directing the flick. Dexter is known as one of the top videographers in the game right now, working closely with A$AP Rocky on the "L$D" and "A$AP Forever" videos. The superstar tweeted earlier, "Kids See Ghost short film will be shot by Dexter Navy," alluding to the Kid Cudi collaborative album that will release on June 8.
Kanye has been tweeting all day, with relevant music news mixed in with his thoughts. In response to West's notion that Travis Scott should release a song featuring himself and Lil Uzi Vert this week, Travis responded that that was his exact plan. If the track between all three of them does drop this week, the world is sure to stop for about 3 or 4 minutes to collectively have a listen. In the meantime, we will keep you posted on any news pertaining to Kids See Ghost.
