After Kevin Durant's dominant performance in Game 3 of the NBA Finals last night, nobody would have blamed Cleveland Cavaliers players and coaches if they gave KD the finger in frustration as they exited the arena. As it turns out, one member of the Cavs actually did just that.

In fact, Kendrick Perkins reportedly directed a monstrous double middle finger salute at Durant while the reigning Finals MVP was at the podium answering questions from the media. According to Jason Lloyd of The Athletic, this is how it all played out following Game 3:

"On his way out of the arena, Kendrick Perkins stopped in the hallway and stuck his head in the interview room to see who was at the podium. When he saw it was Kevin Durant, Perk saluted him — with two middle fingers raised high over his massive frame. Without saying a word, he turned away and continued heading for the exit."

Of Durant's 43-points, 13 rebounds and seven assists in Golden State's 110-102 victory, Perkins told ESPN, “Man, KD. I want to beat him, but he’s just a motherfucker.”

During his press conference, Durant noticed the middle finger salute and responded in kind by mouthing, "Fuck you. Bitch ass." Perkins, who was teammates with Durant during their days with the OKC Thunder, has not suited up at all during the NBA Finals. Barring an unexpected roster move he'll have to continue throwing shade at KD from the sidelines.
