Kevin Gates returns with a quarantine visual to his recently released single "Still Hold Up."
Artists are making the most of their quarantine and have continued to share not only new tunes, but visuals to accompany their latest releases. Kevin Gates has been keeping himself busy during these "Stay Home" ordinances and just last month, he shared his single "Still Hold Up." On the track, the New Orleans rapper takes listeners through a journey of his life as he highlights some obstacles he's faced. He also drops bars about his feelings regarding the people who either stuck by his side or decided to abandon him in his time of need.
On Tuesday (May 5), Gates shared the visual to "Still Hold Up," and it looks as if he honored social distancing for this one—although, it isn't clear when the music video was filmed. In it, various aspects of the rapper's life are highlighted as he sits in a dark room at a poker table. Check out Kevin Gates laying out his life story in the visual for "Still Hold Up" and let us know what you think of this one.
