Kevin Spacey has yet another assault accuser coming forward with claims against the actor. According to TMZ the L.A. County District Attorney's Office has received another case with Kevin's name on it, but with little detail on when the event happened and to who, exactly.

The last person to speak on Kevin's inappropriate acts was actor Guy Pearce who admitted that Kevin wasn't very appropriate with him on set. “Yeah … yeah. Tough one to talk about at the moment. Amazing actor; incredible actor. Mmm. Slightly difficult time with Kevin, yeah,” he said, adding, “He’s a handsy guy. Thankfully, I was 29 and not 14.”

Kevin's first victim to come forward was Anthony Rapp who said Kevin made sexual advances on him when he was only 14-years-old. "He picked me up like a groom picks up the bride over the threshold. But I don't, like, squirm away initially, because I'm like, 'What's going on?' And then he lays down on top of me," Anthony said of the assault, explaining how Kevin was "trying to seduce" him.

The current case is still developing.
