Khloe has lost 33 pounds since giving birth to True Thompson.
Losing weight can be one of the hardest things to set your mind to. Over the years, Khloe has dedicated her life to getting fit, even creating a "Revenge Body" TV show in the process. As she was always shamed for being the bigger sister between herself, Kourtney and Kim, nobody can tease Khloe now because she's put in work on her body, making positive changes and ensuring she's as healthy as can be. Oftentimes, pregnancy and giving birth can be a setback in women's fitness goals but the reality star flipped that narrative by revealing she has already shed an insane amount of weight in the three months since giving birth to True Thompson.
Taking to her personal app, subscribers got to read all about how Khloe ended up losing a massive 33 pounds since giving birth. According to The Blast, Kardashian gives credit to "the combination of breastfeeding and being very active during and after my pregnancy." In the update, Khloe was candid, writing, "Here is where I am at currently. True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn’t give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn’t able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I’ve lost 33 pounds! I’m shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly."
Considering the fact she couldn't exercise for six weeks after giving birth, the feat is extremely impressive. We've previously reported that Khloe is working on her relationship with Tristan Thompson in couple's therapy. Congratulations, Khloe!
