Nathaniel Glover aka Kidd Creole, best known as a member of hip-hop pioneers Grandmaster Flash And The Furious Five, has been arrested and charged with the murder of John Jolly, a homeless man. According to TMZ, Creole stabbed Jolly multiple times in the chest and once in the head. The attack apparently stemmed from Jolly using a homophobic slur against Creole, and Jolly later died from his wounds at the Bellevue Hospital.

The report says that Creole was taken into custody early Wednesday morning, after being identified through surveillance footage.
