Kim and Chrissy Teigen's replies to Kanye's "Get rid of everything" tweet are fantastic.
In case you've been living under a rock for the last few days, Kanye West has made his glorious return to Twitter, giving advice to fellow creatives yesterday and sharing sample photos of a pair of Yeezy boots he is working on. Yesterday's stream of consciousness involved Kanye preaching to like-minded individuals, noting that ideas are the "strongest form of currency" and urging people to not get distracted by roadblocks. In the midst of the tweet spurt, Ye let out a vague message that resonated with a lot of people, writing, "Sometimes you have to get rid of everything."
With nearly 100K retweets at the time of publication, many agreed that a complete deletion is the best way to start fresh. One person, however, that was confused by the tweet was Ye's wife, Kim Kardashian. The reality star playfully chimed in, hoping he would reconsider. "Wait...EVERYTHING?!?!?!," wrote Kim in reply to the original post. Thankfully for Kardashian, she will have a place to stay as Chrissy Teigen has already offered her hospitable services to accommodate Kim and the kids, sharing, "I have an air mattress here and I have been itching to bust it out if you need."
While her tweets were clearly a joke, the businesswoman cleared the air for those that may have believed she was serious about moving in with John Legend's wife as she clarified, "For anyone who has absolutely no humor in their soul please know my tweets are a joke and I will die laughing if I see blogs and media really think I am being serious." Who knew Kim had jokes?
