During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this year, Kim Kardashian West revealed that she was working with photographer Steven Klein on an essentially nude photo shoot when she received a call from non-other than the president of the free world himself, Donald Trump. “I was at a Steven Klein photo shoot. And if anyone knows who he is, it’s pretty much a nude shoot. So, I’m naked, and my phone rings and I’m all glammed up . . . I put a robe on [when talking to Trump]," she said. The call proved to pertain to a rather emotional subject matter related to Alice Marie Johnson, a grandmother who had served 21 years of a life sentence received after a conviction for a first-time nonviolent drug offense. Kim successfully worked with the president to secure clemency for Johnson.

Months later, fans will finally have the chance to see the results of that photo shoot in the 20th-anniversary edition of Richardson magazine, a publication first launched in 1998 by Andrew Richardson as a “radical independent magazine focused on sex and sexuality." In the issue, Kim is interviewed by American author Bret Easton Ellis. The two are said to have discussed matters such as motherhood and Kim's recent transformation.

The issue will be launched today, October 19th on the Richardson web store. In the meantime, you can catch a preview of the A9 issue below.
