Lil Durk's been teasing the third installment of his Signed To The Streets series throughout the course of this year and it's finally dropping next week. As we approach the Nov. 9th release date of Signed To The Streets 3, Lil Durk blesses us with a new track off the project titled, "Neighborhood Hero."
Lil Durk is back with the fourth single off his forthcoming project, Signed To The Streets 3. "Neighborhood Hero" was produced by Niaggi and finds Durk reflecting on the issues that are affecting the hoods of Chicago and America.
"They say we won't get help unless Obama do it/ Don't get shot in my area, ain't no trauma unit," he raps on the second verse. "Fuck the Instagram, this reality/ I know a n***a talk straight cash, but he ain't got a G."
In an interview with HNHH in September, Durk broke down the definition of a neighborhood hero and revealed that he has plans on launching an organization with the same name.
"Just a person that goes back and does it for the community, know what I’m sayin’?" He said, "Just giving back in some type of way. And I just find that to be a whole concept, a whole idea off a song I did and we starting whole organization around it."
Look out for STTS3 dropping next week.
