Erykah Badu dropped off an hour-long mix.
Erykah Badu may not be as prolific as she once was with her own music, however she hasn't totally disappeared from sight either. It's been five years since the singer's last album, New Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh), but we've seen Ms. Badu pop up in the news from time to time, whether it be a feature on SURF, a twitter beef with Azealia Banks, a performance at the Roots Picnic, or calling out Black Eyed Peas.
Yesterday Erkyah decided to debut an hour-long mix she did of some vintage jazz, funk and soul, likely all influencers on her own sound. The mix includes songs from Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, James Brown and more.
