Coming off the success of their Culture II album earlier this year, the Migos have been busy doing their own thing lately as individual artists. Offset secretly got married and just had a baby with Cardi B, Quavo has been lending out big features and is about to be on DJ Khaled’s upcoming Summer anthem this Friday “No Brainer,” while Takeoff is still readying a joint project with Lil Yachty. However, despite each member concentrating on themselves at the moment, that hasn't stopped new music from the group from randomly surfacing online recently. Just days after hitting us with their “Drip” remix with Future, Young Thug & Hoodrich Pablo Juan, the ATL trio decide to return to the scene today and share a new upgraded remix to Rae Sremmurd’s Sremmlife 2 cut “Swang.”
With a more slow tempo, laid-back instrumental from Mike Will, Quavo and Takeoff lay down their respective verses, boasting about their foreign whips & icy jewelry, among other things. "Hunnid thousand worth of chains (chains)/ Rollie on me, plane jane/ An' don't try to take my jewelry/
'Cause I know some young niggas like to swang," Quavo spits.
Take a listen to the upgraded remix and let us know what you think! Look for Rae Sremmurd in a city near you as they're currently on the road alongside Wiz Khalifa on the "Dazed & Blazed" Tour. Peep tour dates right here if interested.
