Guernsey-born producer Mura Masa is well known for his tropical production and his work with high profile rappers such as A$AP Rocky and Desiigner. His 2017 self-titled debut album became Grammy nominated for "Best Electronic Album" and "Best Recording Package," making him the first artist to ever be nominated as a musician and creative director for the same album.
His newest track, featuring Drake-approved UK rapper Octavian, carries many of the similar qualities that he's known for. Instead of flutes or steel drums, the song moves forward with a heavy and warbling bass line and an ambient bass line. Octavian's sing-rapping brings a vibe of a late night party on the beach, perfect for a summer romance.
