Nike has been going off the last few weeks when it comes to revealing new Air Max colorways. Whether it be showing off the "Have A Nike Day" lineup for Air Max Day, or flexing some new Air Max 720 colorways, it is clear that the Beaverton brand is letting us know that they have some heaters on the way. Now Nike is showing off their latest Air Max 97 colorway, which looks as though it is inspired by the Oklahoma City Thunder, but isn't officially associated with the NBA franchise.

Considering these look like they're inspired by the Thunder, there is no surprise that they are dressed in white, blue, and orange. Around the toe box along the bottom layer is some obsidian blue, which is then followed by white, photo blue alternating with obsidian, and then a white tongue with orange highlights.

The midsole of the sneaker is white with a reddish-orange visible air max unit along the side and an orange Nike swoosh.

According to Sneaker News, these are already available at certain Nike retailers for $160 USD and will eventually have a wider release on Nike.com.

Are there any OKC fans out there who are thinking of copping these?
