Rexx Life Raj heads to Yosemite to find himself in his new music video for "Handheld GPS."
Social media is a necessary evil when you're an artist trying to promote your brand. But sometimes you have to get away.
In his new music video for "Handheld GPS," Berkeley artist Rexx Life Raj bolts east to Yosemite National Park to escape the trappings of modern society and ruminate in the shadow of Half Dome. "Handheld GPS, still everybody's lost / We're in the land of the free where everything costs," he sings, his pointed lyrics couched in a soulful delivery and mellifluous production.
"This song is for anyone who feels like they’re still figuring it out," he says. "Know you aren’t the only one. Godspeed."
