Soulja Boy is ready for his 2019 takeover.
Last year, it felt as though Soulja Boy was dropping a new project every month. On top of that, he launched his SouljaConsole and SouljaWatch products. The world took notice when Nintendo threatened to take legal action against the rapper and the attention only intensified when he ranted about Tyga on Instagram. The iconic artist has been in the game for over a decade and this week has been one of the most successful in his entire career. He did it based on his trolling ways too. "Draaaaaake?? Draaake!?" has become a viral sensation and his Breakfast Club interview is already closing in on Tekashi 6ix9ine's most-watched clip. Drako is taking advantage of all the love, dropping off a brand new music video from his latest mixtape Fuego.
He may have come back in 2018 but he's looking ready for a world takeover in 2019. New year, same old Soulja here. The rapper messes around with a pool stick in the video, showing clips of himself on FaceTime. Thankfully, the "Drake" soundbite comes in near the end of the video. Unfortunately though, his Gucci headband is nowhere to be seen.
