Another week has gone by, and what do you have to show for it? Hopefully a paycheck, but one thing we can always guarantee is a gang of Hot New Hip Hop. This week, our favorite genre supplied the goods yet again. There weren't too many big-name projects, save for Lupe Fiasco's first of three pre-retirement albums with Drogas Light. There was a whole bunch of new tracks, though, as you can see in our latest Staff Picks playlist.

In this week's mix, I selected a new gunplay jam from Ralo that comes with an ace hook from 21 Savage, along with more of the pristine New York nostalgia that Smoke DZA has been giving us for years. We've also got some Valentines Day-ready R&B chemistry from Jacquees and Dej Loaf and a surprising and potent collab from the perennially underrated Ca$h Out and the aging but not wilting Pusha T. Other talents you'll hear include Freddie Gibbs, Cousin Stizz, and Nef The Pharaoh (pictured above).

Check out each staff member's picks and stream the playlist below.
