TDE is known for its four rappers, who also make up the Black Hippy crew: Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock. Many people have speculated who will be the next addition to the label which is now affiliated with Interscope, and whether or not a new TDE artist would also be in Black Hippy. Well, it seems we're going to find out.

Last night at Hot 97's Summer Jam, TDE's man of the moment, Kendrick Lamar, revealed to MissInfo that a new rapper had been signed to the label, although he didn't name names. Today it was revealed by Power 106's Rikki Martinez that the new rapper is 21-year-old up and comer Isaiah Rashad, a Chattanooga, Tennessee native.
