On Tuesday, the Detroit emcee spoke with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 and revealed some of the features on his upcoming debut effort, including Jeezy, Rae Sremmurd, Chris Brown, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Lil Yachty, YFN Lucci, and more.
In addition to the features, Tee Grizzley also revealed that production will be handled by the likes of Chopsquad DJ, London On Da Track, and HELLUVA, among others. He also shared the album's artwork on his social media earlier today as well, which you can peep for yourself below.
Speaking on the significance of the album title, Grizzley said, “My whole life I saw everybody else get shine. I saw everybody else get money, everybody else wanted to rap,” he said. “I saw them getting record deals and stuff like that. Every time I saw that it was, ‘Damn, I can’t wait until my time. My time is coming’. I was so patient and I finally got my time. I finally got my money, I finally got my fans and plaques, and my moment. When I got my moment, that’s when I Activated.”
