A fight between these two might be possible.
Earlier today we reported that Conor McGregor wants to have an exhibition fight against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa. Of course, Floyd Mayweather recently fought the kickboxer on New Year's Eve and easily won the bout, making $9 million in just over two minutes. Considering the payout, it's no surprise McGregor would be looking to get the same.
Today, Nasukawa replied to McGregor's demand for a fight, giving a list of the things he wants to make it happen.
"Dear Mr. McGregor. Thank you very much for remembering my name. I’m honored that you would even consider fighting me," the kickboxer wrote on Instagram. "58 kg, kickboxing rules would probably get us in the ring sometime in the near future. I will fight my RISE world GP this year so please watch your diet and wait for me!"
The interesting thing about Nasukawa's demands is that he would require McGregor to be 128 pounds which would be difficult for the UFC fighter considering he weighed 155 pounds in his last fight.
