As more is revealed about T.I.'s upcoming Paperwork LP, it becomes fairly obvious that the project will play more like the radio-friendly Paper Trail than it will like the trap-jumping Trouble Man. With the Iggy Azalea featuring "No Mediocre" already making impact on Top 40 stations (and igniting a beef with Azealia Banks), the ATL representative took a moment to talk about the upcoming album at the premiere theatrical screening of his "No Mediocre" music video.

According to sources at the location, the album is coming this September and features pop mega-star Lady Gaga on a track titled "New National Anthem." The collaboration will mark the second time the artists have worked together, the first being "Jewels N Drugs" off Gaga's 2013 album Popart. The song also features verses from Twista & Too $hort.

T.I. spoke on Paperwork's sound in early April.

"This is the first time in my career that I have had enough time to create all the music, get the sequencing down, even before I start my clock and put myself on the calendar," he said of the process. "Now that I have all of the music, I could take my time and step back and make sure it's the perfect blend, to create the perfect amount of synergy between trap music and art house."
