Travis Scott's Astroworld has placed him in a whole new tier in his career. The project debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 replacing Drake's Scorpion and maintained the position for a second week and possibly a third. Shortly after the release of the album, he announced the tour dates for "Astroworld: Wish You Were Here" tour. Demand for tickets has been so high that Travis Scott just added a second show at The Garden because the first date sold out.
Shortly after performing with Drake on the "Aubrey & The Three Migos" tour, Travis Scott revealed that he will be adding a second concert at the iconic New York City arena.
"NYC SOLD OUT THE GARDEN !! ADDED SECOND SHOW ON SALE FRIDAY !!!!" He tweeted earlier today.
The "Stargazing" rapper initially hinted about a second show after MSG announced that the first tour date on November 27th was sold out. Additionally, he brought back the "season passes" for his tour for fans who missed it the first time around. The "Astroworld Season Pass" grants fans early access to the venue.
Travis Scott's "Astroworld" tour is set to kick off on November 8th in Baltimore before concluding in Los Angeles on December 19th. Scott will be bringing Trippie Redd, Gunna, Sheck Wes on tour with him as well as Virgil Abloh who will join him on the Toronto and L.A. dates.
