Tha Alumni rapper Vee tha Rula doesn't get as much shine as he deserves, but at the very least he can claim the title of Best Rapper in Arizona. He opened out 2016 with an excellent mixtape called From the Jump. He now closes it with his new EP Level Up. The 8-track project features production from Jahlil Beats, Cardiak, Young Fly, Vohn Beats, Kyle Justice, Kountdown, Hibib, Chanchi, and Eriek OTB.
