Features include Kash Doll, Snoop Dogg, Offset and Mona Gabanna.
With his album Role Model on the way, Young Dolph has been sharing details of the project with fans. Most recently, he posted a picture featuring the project's tracklist in a creative post on Instagram.
The post depicts a child in the midst of filling out a form about their role model and cleverly ties in the album's title with the tracklist. The project appears to be 13 tracks long and will include features from Kash Doll, Snoop Dogg, Offset and Mona Gabanna. His previous single "Major" will also be included in the project. Like Dolph's previous album, Thinking Out Loud, this project will seemingly focus on the Memphis rapper's ability to deliver quality tracks without much assistance.
Dolph fans will know that his harrowing life experiences have shaped his music, and is translated in the ferociousness and assertive tone that the rapper uses in his music. The rapper is also known for priding his independence. Role Model comes in the wake of news that the rapper recently walked away from a 22 million dollar music distribution deal to retain his independence. "Bruh, for the last six months, I been havin' a muthafuckin' 22 million dollar contract, debatin' on should I do the deal or not," he told his followers. "Fuck the $22 million."
Dolph's last project was well received and celebrated (read a review for it here), what would you like to see in Role Model?
