Cashmere Cat's new single finds the producer working with some familiar faces. Tory Lanez guests on Cashmere's sugary new jam "Throw Myself A Party," but its not the first time he's worked with the Norwegian beatmaker, previously guesting on the Selena Gomez duet "Trust Nobody" and earning production from Cashmere on his single "Luv." Also on the track is Starrah, who cowrote "Trust Nobody" among many other hits this year (Dreezy's "Body," Kevin Gates' "2 Phones," and Rihanna's "Needed Me," to name a few). She and Lanez have some serious chemistry here as they find the overlap in their vocal range. Breaking up the R&B melodies of the track is 2 Chainz, who revisits his "Watch Out" flow with a perfectly carefree 16. Strangely enough, the track closes with a Bon Iver-esque auto-tune collage. Somehow it all fits.
Turn your bitch into a super freak
Said she only have one dream
Blow her line up, she gon' let the phone ring-ring-ring
Calling all her friends, they gon' get it in
Tell 'em it's about to get lit, yeah they know it's about to get lit
