Marvel has been operating one of the best long-cons in the movie game, slowly building up their roster of characters and getting fans attached while driving the story to an epic climax. That peak is almost here in the form of Avengers: Infinity War, and in the video below we get our first (brief) glance into the film.

In addition to the incredibly brief collection of clips from the first movies that show the aforementioned Infinity Stones, we get to see a look at one scene’s set and interviews with cast and crew behind the film. The footage was shot a couple weeks ago, which the film first started shooting. Right off the bat we’re reminded how wide-ranging the film’s roster is going to be, with Chris Pratt, Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr. all interviewing on set together – Starlord, Spiderman and Iron Man, respectively.

Then the producers and directors speak on the different plot points that have emerged throughout the extensive catalog of Avengers-related films. The end by speaking on the villain Thanos, and what is sure to be an epic confrontation.

We’ll have to wait to sate our excited for Avengers: Infinity Wars; it doesn’t com out until May 4, 2018. In the meantime, watch the trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
