The rise of "Media Joe" is reaching critical mass. While Everyday Struggle introduced the world to the disgruntled, yet endearing Joe Budden, his work on The Joe Budden Podcast with Rory and Mall went a long way in establishing his marketability. Where Everyday Struggle often highlighted his eccentricities, his titular podcast generally found Joe delivering a more nuanced perspective, often emerging as the voice of reason. His countless hours of experience ultimately landed him a job at Revolt TV, hosting the new State Of The Culture series, alongside Remy Ma, Scottie Beam, and Brandon “Jinx” Jenkins.

The series proved to be a hit, and Revolt has officially greenlit another ten episodes, the bulk of which will air in 2019. “We had a lot of fun during the first 10 episodes and the response has been nothing short of amazing,” says Joe Budden.  “I look forward to improving on what’s already been built. Thank you Puff, REVOLT and most importantly the fans. See you soon.”

REVOLT chairman Diddy issued a statement on the series, stating as follows: "The culture has a point of view and I want to deliver it. I’m all about giving the people what they want, so more raw and uncensored content through the lens of Hip Hop is coming your way.”

Salute to Joey, Remy Ma, Scottie and Jinx for the re-up. Peep State Of The Culture on Mondays, 5PM EST.
