Although Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have a sprawling mansion in Hidden Hills California, where they just hosted their insane holiday party, it seems as though they're still looking to lock another property down in Miami's “billionaire beach bunker" area. Page Six reports that they bought into the 18-story luxury beachfront tower Faena House designed by Norman Foster.

The publication details how they bought unit 5A from the brother of energy billionaire Len Blavatnik, for about $14 million. The unit boasts four bedrooms, 5 ½-bath, 4,700-square-foot with a wrap around terrace. Apparently, the condo was originally listed for $15.5 million so they kind-of sorta got a deal. The building has important amenities such as a private gym, spa, pool, concierge and underground parking.

“Kim and Kanye have been spotted viewing the property in the last month, and they are now in contract to buy it for $14 million. The sale is expected to close in January," a source told the publication. TMZ also reports that the luxury home is a Christmas gift for Kim.

Both Kim and Kanye are pretty familiar with Miami, if you can remember, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami was a show and Kanye is a usual attendee at December’s annual Art Basel Miami Beach.
