It looks like working out has become a vital component in Kanye West’s mental recovery these days. According to TMZ, Yeezy has been hitting the gym 5-6 times a week since being released from the hospital to help with his mindset.

Kanye's been working out with celeb trainer Don Brooks, who's also worked with Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, and there workouts include resistance training with bands, jump rope, and some one-on-one bball (as seen in the pic above). Switching between 'Ye's home gym and local spots, each session can reportedly last up to two hours long too.

Sources told TMZ that Kanye has been very “present” with Kim & the kids lately, and a big part of that can be thanked to his workouts & letting go of his frustrations in the weight room.
