Kehlani continues to be one of the best artists in the pop/r&b lane and on Friday, she dropped her highly-anticipated new album called It Was Good Until It Wasn't. Fans have been loving this project so far and one of the standouts is a track with Lucky Daye called "Can You Blame Me."
For those who aren't aware, Lucky Daye is an artist who continues to impress in the r&b space, so it only makes sense that the two would collaborate. Just like any Kehlani song, this track is filled with introspective lyrics about relationships and the pitfalls that come with them at times. Kehlani and Lucky Daye's voices mesh perfectly together and it's clear they had a ton of chemistry coming into this.
If you need a break from the heavy hip-hop that dropped yesterday, definitely give this track a spin.
Blowin' my phone up
Hopin' you decide to just show up
Rather say it all to your face
I'd rather we act like grown ups
