Lil Yachty's reached a whole new level of success over the past year. His debut album Teenage Emotions wasn't as successful as many predicted but it still helped launch his career to a new platform. However, it looks like during that time, some of the people he had on his team are no longer surrounding him. During a Twitter Q&A with fans this week, Lil Yachty revealed that he isn't as tight with one of his closest collaborators and friends as he once was.

Lil Yachty revealed that he and TheGoodPerry don't speak anymore. A fan asked if he and TheGoodPerry are still cool. Yachty nonchalantly answered back, "Good’s whatever we don’t talk." It's unfortunate because the two of them came in the game side by side with a genre shifting sound. Perry helped build the unique brand of music found on Lil Boat and Summer Songs 2 but on Teenage Emotions, he only has one credit and his latest project, Lil Boat 2 shows no production credits to TheGoodPerry.

While he might not be working with TheGoodPerry anymore, he did reveal some other collaborations he has in the works. Yachty revealed that he and Chance The Rapper have two more songs in the cut. While he didn't reveal any sort of date as to when expect, they're collab on "Mixtape" off Coloring Book was tight and we'd love to hear more from them.
