Watch Lupe Fiasco sit down with MSNBC and talk about his latest single "Mission".

Lupe Fiasco’s latest single, “Mission”, has been touching lives in a very positive way since its release two weeks ago. With a message to stand up against cancer, it was only a matter of time before people outside of the hip hop world would start to take notice and recognize the power behind Lu’s message. With that said, MSNBC decided to sit-down with the Chicago rapper and talk to him about this powerful record and the current impact it's having.

Lupe talks to Tamara Hall about his own personal stories that influenced him to get involved with this idea. He also talks about his upcoming album, Tetsuo & Youth, and says he hasn’t fully abandoned the social political commentary, but took a break from it this time around. He also calls his album powerful, and real story-telling.
