Just a few months removed from the fourth installment of his self-titled mixtapes, Yung Bans is prepared to release number five. In March, Bans teamed up with Lil Yachty, Lil Xan, and others for Yung Bans Vol. 4 and it didn't take him long to craft another project for the fans. The Atlanta rapper has been working closely with Future, perhaps learning a thing or two from him about the consistency of his drops. Hendrix tends to release projects in spurts and Bans is taking after his OG, revealing several works in the span of twelve months. The young rapper took to Instagram to share an update on his next tape, unveiling the tracklist, cover art, and release date all at once.

Yung Bans Vol. 5 will be available on streaming services one week from today, on June 27. The cover art is a recreation of an iconic photo of David Bowie as Bans makes the debut of "Yung Bowie." Complete with lightning bolts painted on his face, Bans made the announcement in style, prepping his supporters for the biggest news of all. The tracklist features a few of the fastest rising stars in the world. Bans can certainly be considered one of the quickest risers in Atlanta and he's enlisted a few other names from around the country that stand out. With appearances from Juice WRLD, YBN Nahmir, Landon Cube, and Tracey, Yung Bans' next project could very well be his best display yet.

With just one week until the official release, there is not much longer to wait. Preorder is available now at this link.
